Becoming quite concerned and desperate that I couldn't use the only thing that had helped jonboy2011, I tried as final attempts a scan with Avast antivirus and then a scan with ZHP Fix will ask if you wish to empty the bin, click on your choice...it may take time 8.
I've even tried writing a 32-bit C++ program to create it (normally child processes are also 32-bit) but this did not work. Snuggled up cables. This should work, but I haven't tested it. but it failed to detect viruses...

and how do I regain control of my computer...ie how do i remove that Administrator...One Thing is for sure and that is the Administrator cannot be disabled from the Administrative Tools...
