what will i do? any ideas on how i can sort it or has my printer died??? :0(( PLEASE HELP! The green light and orange light flashing 2 times flowing each other. haha.

my canon pix-ma mx 472 pulled at least 7 or 8 sheets around the roller and jammed. However, the damn print head always settled on right hand side but I managed to get it to stop once on left & on looking into right hand side of printer, Any advice?Thanks! I saw on this forum something about the head alignment, so thought no harm in trying that. Error 5100 Canon Ip2770 Never believed this would work, wiping this 'timing strip' with a piece of tissue. Canon does not make it easy.thats why I make the big bucks in repairs. Also, it's telling me that the colour cartridge ink is low, but it's brand new.
