I found the process in the HKLM reg, deleted it, was able to use Citrix for about 10 minutes before another process began that could NOT be deleted. I was able to launch Citrix and run a published application. This helped me track down my issue. Login and delete all the exe's you found in step 28. What I found on my system was a file called cmdmfc.exe but the name will be different on some machines.

I was then able to remove the run once key entry without it being recreated. Do a search in the registry for the name of the exe but do not include the .exe in the search just the name. (Example: cmdmfc)Delete all instances of this from Reboot the machine7. September 9 2016 Usually, a personal computer runs best when the system is just installed and the items are still new.
