It said it had registered the command but still no luck opening my Add/Remove Programs. RunDll.exe is what runs .cpl files and .dll files. A dialog will open that displays the amount of free space and total storage capacity. One is in C:\WINDOWS\$NtServicePackUninstall$, one is in C:\WINDOWS\system32 and the third is in C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386.
