Error message still show up.(Here's the solution->) I unplug the power cable open the printer, push the whole print head mechanic to the center, while the printer still open, plug the Turn ON power4. The printer switches on normally :) Problem solved... Canon Mg5350 Error B200 I would recommend either installing a new cartridge or a previously used cartridge that you know to be functional.

I plugged in, powered on and it seemed to be going through it's normal routine. It asked to print a test page after, which it managed to do.

I lifted the gray bar that goes around in front of the cartridges, and tried to lift out the cartridge holder (printhead?) but the edge opposite me hits the printer and It was ...THIS WORKED FOR ME!!1. Run the “Auto Head Alignment” test print. Canon Mx922 Remove Print Head Unplug the power from the printer. Begs the question why Canon would say this, and seemingly be unaware that such a simple solution works.
Opened the cover.

I ordered a new printhead from Ebay which for the mx870 is a QY6-0073 for $49 and it works like new. AND IT'S WATER SOLUBLE, NO NASTY CHEMICALS & FUMES YOU NEED A MASK FOR! And tadaaa! his comment is here It worked taking the print head out.
Put it all back together, tried the "open cover, hit the on button 5 times quickly, close cover" routine and got the B200 message again... Ask ! hope I helped... Closed the paper feed14.
